Job Summary
Define test requirements, plans, and sequences for complex systems, then establish methods and techniques to develop procedures and reports. Execute data collections and analysis to report functional status, while participating in technical reviews, readiness audits, and failure review boards. Conduct on- and off-site functional and environmental tests to ensure validity and integrity, driving projects to closure per schedule. Review technical drawings and specifications to manage product quality and compliance. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with 2+ years of experience; salary $61,000-$113,000. Located in Littleton, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering or Physics and 2+ years of experience
- Master of Science and 1+ years of experience
- In lieu of a degree a minimum of 6 years of experience
- Experience authoring and executing test plans, procedures and reports
- Knowledge of electronics/mechanical testing, environmental testing, and electro-optics
- Understanding of aerospace industry regulations, compliance requirements, and knowledge of industry-specific testing standards and protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Proficient in all MS Office products including MS Visio and MS Project
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to support on-site work, as needed
- Ability to support travel or off-site work, as needed
