Job Summary
Seeking a Technical Lead for the Integration Platforms Operations team, responsible for designing and implementing Azure DevSecOps reference pipelines and driving production operations and reliability. The role requires leading incident response, evaluating platform performance and security, and mentoring engineers in operational excellence. Strong expertise in Azure-based integration platforms and CI/CD pipeline automation is essential. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and 12+ years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience designing and leading high-scale, high-availability backend/API systems
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services
- Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Deep production operations expertise
- Experience operating and troubleshooting distributed systems
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized platforms
- Strong observability and monitoring experience
- Solid scripting and automation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
- CompTIA Security+ or CompTIA CySA+
- MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect
- Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or equivalent cloud security certification
- ITIL® 4 Foundation (or higher) for production operations and incident management practices
