Integration Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of integration technicians and production personnel to ensure electrical assemblies are built according to engineering drawings and specifications. Assign work priorities to support production schedules and customer delivery requirements while monitoring productivity, workflow, and labor utilization to improve operational efficiency. Support troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution during integration and FAT activities by coordinating with engineering, project management, procurement, and quality teams. Conduct inspections to verify workmanship throughout the process and enforce all company safety policies and procedures. Lead employee training, coaching, and development initiatives while participating in hiring, onboarding, and performance management activities. Maintain accurate production and reporting documentation and identify opportunities to implement continuous improvement within the integration process.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial control panel manufacturing, integration, or automation systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
  • Working knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, VFDs, and automation equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work within a manufacturing environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology, Automation, Industrial Systems, or related field
  • 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Familiarity with UL508A, NEC, and industrial electrical standards
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
  • Experience supporting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities
