Integration Supervisor - 1st Shift

Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of integration technicians and production personnel, assigning work priorities to meet customer delivery requirements. Ensure electrical assemblies are built per engineering drawings while monitoring productivity, workflow, and labor utilization to improve operational efficiency. Support troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution during integration and FAT activities, conducting inspections to verify workmanship and enforce safety policies. Coordinate with engineering, project management, procurement, and quality teams to resolve production or technical issues and maintain accurate reporting documentation. Lead employee training, coaching, and development initiatives while participating in hiring, onboarding, and performance management activities. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the integration process to support Lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial control panel manufacturing, integration, or automation systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
  • Working knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, VFDs, and automation equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work within a manufacturing environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology, Automation, Industrial Systems, or related field
  • 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Familiarity with UL508A, NEC, and industrial electrical standards
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
  • Experience supporting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities
