Job Summary
Install Titan Secure products in customer and partner vehicles with OEM-quality fit and performance; provide hands-on technical support, training, and collaboration across departments; document work and schedule activities; train and assist field technicians; support wiring configurations and technical development; manage inventory and equipment; coordinate onsite installations and pilot programs; contribute to onboarding and product demonstrations; uphold quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience with 12V automotive electrical systems, telematics, or vehicle accessory installation (preferred)
- Strong understanding of wiring, diagnostics, and testing procedures
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs and work safely in various environments
- Must pass background screening
- Strong professional appearance (Titan Secure provides apparel)
