Job Summary
Integration Specialist to perform high-quality installations of Titan Secure products in customer and partner vehicles, ensuring OEM-level fit, finish, and performance. Provides hands-on technical support, training, and collaboration across departments to drive operational excellence. Responsibilities include performing quality installations following documented guides and testing vehicle functions; delivering exceptional service with professionalism and integrity; documenting all work in Titan’s platforms; training and supporting technicians; aiding in testing, troubleshooting, and documenting wiring configurations for new vehicle types; managing inventory and equipment; coordinating on-site installation schedules and customer onboarding activities including pilot programs and product demonstrations; and collaborating with the Implementation team to refine documentation and installation guides. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, is reliable and adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced hands-on environment, and can work independently or as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience with 12V automotive electrical systems, telematics, or vehicle accessory installation (preferred)
- Strong understanding of wiring, diagnostics, and testing procedures
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation
- Must pass background screening
- Strong professional appearance
