Job Summary
Lead integration projects for customers using ERP solutions, ensuring smooth configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand business requirements, address integration challenges, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Configure and test ERP systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, and QuickBooks to meet customer specifications and ensure seamless integration with Tipalti. Coordinate with engineering and customer teams to manage timelines, tasks, and issue resolution. Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth integrations. Participate in post-integration support, addressing technical issues and providing continuous improvement recommendations. Contribute to developing internal processes and documentation to ensure scalable integration workflows. Utilize Slack, JIRA, and Confluence for collaboration and documentation sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in integration and configuration of ERP systems, focusing on customer-facing configuration and testing
- Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics BC) and experience configuring, testing, and integrating them into customer environments
- Hands-on experience with web technologies (e.g., APIs, SOAP, REST) to assist in integrating ERP systems and resolving technical issues
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful ERP integrations
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, JIRA, and Confluence for project management and team communication
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers, gather requirements, and present solutions clearly and concisely
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- BA/BS in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing or integrating ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics BC)
- Familiarity with business processes related to ERP functionality, such as finance, procurement, and supply chain management
- Familiarity with SaaS applications and cloud-based ERP solutions
- Experience in ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA) and customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk)
