Job Summary

Manage integration projects from start to finish, keeping customers informed and ensuring each stage runs smoothly. Set up system connections, including data feeds and external links, and support customers using the API. Translate customer needs into clear technical steps and test everything carefully before handing over. Support colleagues and customers by answering integration queries and helping to fix issues quickly. Proficient with RESTful APIs, SQL, and identity tools like SSO/SAML, and comfortable working with data formats and secure file transfers. Based in Loughborough with a hybrid office arrangement.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with RESTful APIs
  • Ability to write and understand simple SQL queries
  • Understanding of identity protocols such as SAML
  • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Experience with data feeds and API usage
  • Experience working with recruitment, payroll or background checking systems
  • Ability to translate customer needs into technical steps and test thoroughly before handover
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts to customers and colleagues
