Job Summary
Integration Specialist for Starlink Aviation responsible for installing and repairing Starlink products for aviation systems under FAA and other governing guidelines. Perform hardware assembly, testing (vibration, shock, thermal, RF, load), data collection and reporting, create and document test processes, design and assemble development and test systems, troubleshoot hardware issues, ensure conformance to specifications, and collaborate with engineers, machine shops, and external partners. Shift: 2nd; travel up to 25%; on-site at Woodinville, WA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 2 years working in an electrical or mechanical test/integration environment; OR a bachelor's in a STEM field
- Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Up to 25% travel may be required for this role
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs. unassisted
- Hands-on experience performing installation work on aircraft
- Hands-on experience fabricating harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, printed circuit board assemblies, and test stations
- Electrical debug tools including multimeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer
- Experience working in a variety of software environments, applications, and languages including Linux, Windows, Microsoft Office, git, SVN, JIRA, Altium, Mentor PCB, NX, Bash, and Python
