Integration Specialist

Job Summary
Integration Specialist to act as the technical bridge between customers and integration landscapes, delivering new interfaces and maintaining production integrations. Responsible for full lifecycle integration delivery, 24/7 rotating shift-based operational support, incident management, and change-request execution. Will work with SAP tools (SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, BTP) and other platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic), design and transform data (JSON/XML/IDoc), monitor and resolve incidents, and provide clear handover documentation across global time zones.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years hands-on integration or middleware experience
- Proficiency with SAP integration tools (SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, BTP) or equivalents such as SnapLogic, Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato
- Strong knowledge of API design (REST/SOAP) and data formats (JSON, XML, IDoc)
- Experience with monitoring and incident-management tools (Splunk, Datadog, Kibana; Jira, ServiceNow, GitLab)
- Experience with change-management and controlled deployment
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- CI/CD pipelines and version control (GitHub, Jenkins, Git)
- Adaptability to learn new tools/technologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP BTP
