Job Summary
Implement and maintain platform-to-platform integrations by designing, building, and supporting API-based connections between EventMobi products and third-party systems like CRMs and marketing tools. Translate customer requirements into scalable solutions, configure automated workflows via APIs, and troubleshoot issues related to performance, reliability, and data accuracy. Collaborate with pre-sales and project delivery teams to scope integration plans while creating technical documentation and user guides. Requires 2+ years of API experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to function independently in a fully remote setting accommodating EST hours.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working with APIs (REST, JSON) and understanding how platforms exchange data
- Solid understanding of software integrations and SaaS ecosystems
- Experience or comfort working with Large Language Models (LLMs) to assist in integration development and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Albato, Zapier, Make, or similar
- Technical background: comfortable reading API documentation, building data mappings, and using automation tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized and able to function independently, managing priorities without close supervision
- You have a safe, comfortable, and ergonomic workspace and working environment - a private and quiet workspace is a vital requirement for doing the best work
- You have a reliable internet connection capable of participating in video calls, with at least 30Mbps download speed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CRM or registration platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent)
- Familiarity with EventTech or Martech tools
- Background in professional services, customer success, or technical project delivery
- Ability to write basic scripts (JavaScript, Python, etc.) for custom logic
