Job Summary
Integrate new payment providers and methods by reviewing API documentation and configuring settings within the Payadmit orchestration platform. Test payment flows for deposits, withdrawals, and refunds while verifying callbacks, webhooks, and transaction logs to identify configuration issues. Coordinate with developers and QA engineers to resolve failed transactions and monitor production integrations using Postman and internal tools. Track tasks and reported problems in Jira, maintaining comprehensive integration documentation and setup instructions.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, HTTP requests, and client-server communication
- Basic knowledge of JSON and API request/response structures
- Familiarity with Postman or similar API testing tools
- Understanding of callbacks, webhooks, and transaction statuses
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work with technical documentation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- English level of at least B2, sufficient for reading technical documentation and communicating with providers
- Ability to manage several tasks and follow agreed deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in fintech, payment processing, banking, e-commerce, or iGaming
- Experience working with Jira, Grafana, Kibana, DBeaver, or similar tools
- Understanding of payment concepts such as deposits, withdrawals, refunds, chargebacks, cascading, routing, and currency conversion
- Experience working with payment service providers or payment orchestration platforms
- Highly desirable if you work with Payadmit
