Job Summary
Integration Specialist to drive adoption, implementation, and integration of Align’s digital platform (iTero) within dental/orthodontic practices. Responsibilities include conducting current state assessments, developing account-level goals, guiding workflow optimization and integration of Invisalign/restorative scanning, delivering clinical training and presentations, providing technical assistance, mentoring on best practices for digital adoption, fostering consultative relationships with doctors and staff, collaborating with sales/commercial support to prioritize opportunities, monitoring KPIs with data-driven decisions, diagnosing outcomes, and coordinating internal resources to promote Align/iTero solutions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5+ years in dental/orthodontic health industry, strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency with Windows/Microsoft Office and CRM tools, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel up to 40%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Clinical degree in dentistry (RDH, RDA, EF, CDA, etc.) and/or orthodontic office management experience preferred
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in dental, orthodontic, or related health industry
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- High customer-service standards and adaptability
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools (e.g., SFDC)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 40%; occasional nights and weekends for in-market events
