Integration Specialist

Job Summary
Design, configure, and maintain integrations between Benifex products and third-party systems. Build and manage integration solutions within configuration layers and low-code platforms. Ensure best practices including testing, documentation, and quality assurance. Handle incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis. Collaborate closely with other specialist roles in agile, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Continuously evaluate and improve integration solutions based on industry best practices. Identify and implement opportunities using APIs and automation to improve scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a similar role or strong foundational knowledge
- Understanding of APIs (REST or similar) and interest in API-first architectures
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g. Java, Python, C#, JSP - academic experience is sufficient)
- Experience or interest in system integrations and handling structured data of varying quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with different stakeholders
- Comfortable working in an agile, team-oriented environment with a high degree of self-leadership
- Fluency in English; Swedish is a strong advantage
