Job Summary
Develop and execute enterprise AI/ML strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives and federal agency priorities. Conduct strategic research on market trends, competitive landscapes, and risk mitigation to inform investment decisions. Collaborate with executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business frameworks and communications. Design human-centered AI adoption frameworks prioritizing ethical practices and meaningful human-AI interaction. Create executive briefings, KPI frameworks, and stakeholder engagement plans to demonstrate ROI and drive initiative implementation. This role supports the DMAC AI/ML Team in developing responsible AI services within a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in strategic consulting or corporate strategy
- 2+ years of experience with AI/ML strategy, digital transformation, or healthcare technology implementation
- 2+ years of experience applying human-centered design to AI product development and change management
- 3+ years of experience developing KPI frameworks for AI initiatives, including ROI, adoption metrics, and value realization
- Experience with supporting C-suite executives in technology-driven organizations
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, generative AI, automation platforms, and enterprise AI implementation methodologies
- Experience with developing executive briefings, stakeholder engagement plans, and change management communications
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and executive-level presentations
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, solve complex problems, and adapt to emerging AI/ML trends
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with advanced coursework or certifications in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or emerging technologies
- Experience with supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives
