Job Summary
Support software deployments and application releases while executing functional and regression testing. Create and maintain technical documentation and testing records, and assist with SQL queries, reporting, and database support activities. Support integration processes and automation workflows by maintaining and enhancing business applications. Work with technical and business stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. This role sits within the EMEA Information Systems team at Acushnet Europe, a global organization known for iconic golf brands like Titleist and FootJoy.
Required Qualifications
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Computer Science and Maths
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience supporting business applications, systems, reporting processes or technology solutions through employment, an apprenticeship, placement or similar role
- Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience with software deployments, application testing or systems administration
- Knowledge of SQL Server and SQL queries
- Exposure to systems integrations, APIs and automation tools
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate or similar technologies
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and change management processes
