Job Summary
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standard operating procedures for the Integration department. Perform quality inspections of customer orders, device configurations, inventory transactions, and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance. Verify product configuration, labeling, packaging, and documentation against customer requirements. Identify quality concerns, process deficiencies, and operational risks, escalating issues to the Integration Manager as appropriate. Conduct root cause analyses of quality issues and assist in developing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Monitor daily workflows, maintain detailed records of inspections and quality metrics, and prepare reports communicating trends to management. Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and operations teams to improve efficiency. Learn and utilize Integration systems including Monday.com, NetSuite, and IntelliTrack. This role operates in both office and warehouse environments, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with potential overtime for operational demands.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist while inspecting products or materials
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance, quality control, warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a related operational environment
- Experience working in inventory, fulfillment, or device integration operations
- Experience using Monday.com, NetSuite, JotForm, Smartsheet, IntelliTrack, or similar business systems
