Integration, Mechanical & Thermal Team Lead

Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians on the integration and mechanical/thermal build of satellites; own mechanical assembly, harness, MLI fabrication, deployables, SOLP integration; oversee thermal hardware integration and environmental test campaigns (vibration, shock, thermal vacuum); drive scalable processes, ensure quality and traceability; collaborate across Production, AIT engineering, Quality and Planning; strong hands-on leadership and experience in hardware/system integration, mechanical and electrical interfaces, deployable structures, MLI, and environmental tests.
