Job Summary
Configure and maintain integration environments while analyzing client requirements and consulting on API integrations. Troubleshoot system issues, monitor API communication, and prevent disruptions to ensure reliability and high performance. Communicate vendor requirements to the development team to translate business needs into technical solutions. This role supports the stability of the Game Aggregator product, connecting client environments with internal platforms through rigorous monitoring and continuous improvement of the integration process.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of network technologies, concepts and generally how the modern Internet works
- Good understanding of API communication, experience with logging, error monitoring systems, and ability to reading log files or error traces
- Knowing of SQL basics
- Good debugging, analytical, problem-solving skills
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a technical account manager, manual QA, or technical support specialist of field-specific education
- Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate Russian
