Job Summary

Coordinate executive schedules, priorities, and workflows to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Drive strategic project planning by tracking milestones, monitoring progress, and maintaining accountability across multiple initiatives. Support high-visibility meetings through agenda development, logistics coordination, and briefing preparation. Prepare executive-level reports, summaries, and decision-support materials while facilitating communication among senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Track tasks and deliverables to ensure timely closure, identify process inefficiencies, and implement solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while supporting sensitive government activities and serving as a backup for continuity of operations. Requires an active Secret security clearance, Bachelor's degree, and 8+ years of experience supporting executive operations. On-site at 2424 Garden of the Gods Rd. with up to 25% travel.

Required Qualifications

  • An active Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Public Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience supporting executive operations, organizational integration, project management, program management, executive administration, or similar leadership support functions
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders, organizations, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive correspondence, reports, and meeting materials
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues, develop solutions, and drive actions to completion
  • Up to 25% travel
  • Standard Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40hrs

Desired Qualifications

  • TS/SCI eligibility
  • Master's degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Strategic Communications, Journalism, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience supporting Senior Executive Service (SES), Flag Officer, General Officer, or equivalent executive-level leadership
  • Knowledge of Space Systems Command, U.S. Space Force, Department of the Air Force, or Department of Defense organizations and processes
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, executive operations, staff integration, or organizational management functions
  • Familiarity with government acquisition, program management, and executive decision-making processes
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to build consensus across diverse organizations
