Integration Manager - FTC

Job Summary
Integration Manager leading all phases of M&A lifecycle from due diligence through post-merger integration; define integration strategies, success metrics, and alignment to the Target Operating Model; identify synergies and risks and develop mitigation plans; lead cross-functional teams with clear decision-making pathways; oversee timelines, milestones, and governance; produce board-ready reports and updates for Steering Groups; drive change management and knowledge transfer to ensure day 1 readiness and beyond; provide hands-on delivery support to unblock progress.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading M&A integrations or major transformation programmes
- Strong project and portfolio management capability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in regulated or healthcare environments is desirable
- A strategic thinker with strong delivery focus
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including at ELT/SLT level
- Familiarity with OKRs, governance frameworks, and structured delivery methodologies
