Job Summary
Integration Lead for the Professional Services team responsible for delivering Ivalua’s cloud-based procurement integrations. You will be the first point of contact between our technical clients and their ERP/third-party systems, act as the technical lead from Ivalua, assist clients with sample code and configuration, help debug integration code and prepare test cases, become a subject-matter expert on Ivalua’s technology, collaborate with customer engineers, relay customer requests to the Product team, and ensure cross-department cooperation to provide world-class support for partners. The role requires hands-on web-based software development and integration experience, with proficiency in SQL Server, APIs (SOAP/REST), data formats (CSV/XML), and transfer protocols (SFTP/FTPS/AS2). A BE/BTech or Masters in Computer Engineering/CS (or foreign equivalent) is preferred, with strong communication skills and ~20% travel. Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office per week in Pune, India.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in web-based software development and software deployment processes
- Experience in SQL Server and writing queries
- Experience with transfer protocols like SFTP, FTPS, AS2 as well as with use of APIs
- Experience with CSV, XML, or any other type of document business standards
- Hands-on-coding experience in web-based technologies
- Hands on experience building integrations with SOAP and REST API's and Web Services
- Broad knowledge of enterprise level, commercially available hardware and software products, operating systems, networking systems, and methodologies and tools for integrating web-based products
- BE/BTech or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer science, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (this position will be working with teams across other continents), results oriented, autonomous, problem solver and self-driven.
- Some travel may be necessary (~20%)
