Job Summary
Conduct root cause analysis on system failures, develop software updates and fixes, and ensure systems remain secure against cybersecurity threats. Design reusable assets, components, standards, and frameworks to support API and integration projects while translating functional requirements into technical implementations. Test code written by others, analyze results, and create technical documentation explaining integrations to non-technical individuals. Advise teams on performance, scalability, reliability, and monitoring, then mentor junior team members and present regular status updates. Engineer solutions for continuous improvement and provide cross-training to facilitate broader team capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government public trust clearance
- BS Degree in an IT field OR BS in a non-IT field and 2 years related IT experience
- 8 Years of Experience with one or more clouds (i.e. AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- 8 Years of Experience with Git SCM providers such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket
- 8 Years of Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages
- 8 Years of Experience with one or more integration technologies, such as Mulesoft
- Experience developing API Management solutions and micro-services
Desired Qualifications
- MS Degree in an IT-related field
- Solution Architect Professional
- Azure Developer Associate
- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect - Level 1
- MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect - Level 1
- 8 Years of application development experience in an Agile environment
- Experience implementing docker containers and utilizing platforms such as Kubernetes
- Experience designing, implementing, and documenting APIs
- Experience utilizing CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Pipelines, CircleCI, TravisCI
- Experience implementing Automated Testing frameworks to test APIs and integrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills
