Job Summary
Integrations-focused DevOps engineer for Grab's Orchestration team based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting workflow automation and integration solutions built on iPaaS; participating in code reviews; handling production incidents with RCA and preventive actions; documenting code and processes; and maintaining automation scripts. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in relevant roles, experience with orchestration tools (e.g., TIBCO**, Workato, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, N8N), production support, Git/JIRA/ServiceNow, SQL, Python/Bash/PowerShell, and knowledge of cybersecurity standards and IAM. Onsite in Petaling Jaya with early-morning shift rotations and a culture emphasizing learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles
- Experience with orchestration tools (TIBCO, Workato, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, N8N)
- Production support experience
- Git, code review, agile methods
- Incident management systems experience
- SQL and data integration
- Python, Bash, PowerShell scripting
- Cybersecurity standards knowledge (NIST, COBIT, ISO27001) and IAM practices
- Application integration via Secure API methods
- Strong communication and collaboration
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles

- Minimum one year of production support engineering
- Proficiency with Git, code reviews, and agile methodologies
- Experience with incident management/ticketing systems (Freshservice, ServiceNow, JIRA)
- SQL and data integration knowledge
- Scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (NIST, COBIT, ISO27001) and IAM practices (ABAC, RBAC, OAuth, SAML)
- Application integration via Secure API methods
- Strong communication/collaboration skills
