Job Summary
As an Integration Engineer – Production Support, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability and performance of backend systems, integrating enterprise platforms and third-party services. Your role involves troubleshooting and resolving system issues, investigating logs for root causes, writing clean code, and collaborating with Senior Engineers and cross-functional teams. Key skills include proficiency in backend programming, experience with RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and knowledge of monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and Prometheus. You will also have the opportunity to automate tasks and contribute to AI tool development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing backend systems and APIs
- Solid proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js
- Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining RESTful or GraphQL APIs
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching strategies, and message queue technologies
- Practical experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
- Proven ability to support production systems, troubleshoot integration challenges, and leverage monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) to optimize system performance
