Job Summary
Integration Engineer responsible for developing project-specific work plans, supervising team members including freelance staff and CT resources, managing relationships with contractors and suppliers, implementing SOPs, and handling AVL/IT systems installation and testing. Responsibilities include developing AVL drawing packs in AutoCAD, Revit, and Vectorworks for project deliverables, assisting with pre-installation and rack-built activities, troubleshooting AVL and IT system issues on-site or remotely, providing daily field updates, and supporting bids and feasibility assessments. Willing to work across 7 days a week in a live-event construction environment, with capability to work independently or with general contractors and freelance staff, and to travel outside the UAE on GCC projects. Fluent English, strong communication, safety adherence, and a structured, detail-oriented approach are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Ability to read and understand CAD and Line drawings
- Ability to wire/terminate low voltage/Category cables
- Be able to use relevant technical software for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of technical systems
- Ability to safely use hand/power tools
- Intermediate level of computer literacy
- Understands H&S practices and protocols
- Able to administer basic first aid
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Structured, Methodical working practices
- Strong attention to detail, data management, and quality of work
- Fluent in English, written & spoken
- Flexible to work based on live event industry requirements
- Willingness to work outside of the UAE on GCC and beyond
