Job Summary
Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Translate customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions, and drive discussions around transformation and the customer journey. Develop and document integration processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency; act as an SME with independent contribution in team discussions; engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights on integration strategies; proficiency in ServiceNow with strong understanding of integration methodologies, API management, and data mapping/transformation; troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow; 15 years of full-time education; role supported by the Bengaluru office (as described in the posting).
