Job Summary
Engage closely with clients to translate unique business challenges into effective technology solutions and consult on transformation, customer journey, and functional/application designs. Facilitate discussions around business requirements while leading coordination of integration activities to ensure timely delivery of scalable solutions. Monitor project progress, proactively address integration challenges, and manage the team by facilitating knowledge sharing and mentoring to enhance overall expertise. Collaborate with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions and provide solutions for immediate and cross-team problems. This role requires proficiency in ServiceNow and a strong understanding of system integration principles.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience
- Proficiency in ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices
- Experience in designing and implementing business process workflows within integration platforms
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Familiarity with API management and data exchange protocols to support seamless connectivity
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow
- 15 years full time education
