Job Summary
Lead design and delivery of enterprise integration architecture across 15–20 business-critical platforms, establishing reusable API, messaging, and integration standards while driving governance. Implement Azure Integration Services including API Management, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Data Factory for event-driven patterns, ensuring scalability, resilience, and high performance. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams, fostering engineering excellence and embedding cloud-native best practices throughout modernization initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in enterprise integration architecture and cloud platform development
- Expert-level proficiency in Azure Integration Services, API Management, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Data Factory
- Strong hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architecture patterns
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise messaging, cloud-native solutions, and integration design patterns
- Solid knowledge of Azure AD, Key Vault, and RBAC
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and establish architectural standards
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
