Job Summary
Senior Integration Developer focused on building and maintaining complex data integration pipelines with Informatica IICS (CDI/MI), emphasizing SAP Mass Ingestion, CDI, and scalable ETL/ELT design. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into integration solutions, designing mappings and reusable components, ensuring data governance and regulatory compliance (GxP, SoX), collaborating with SAP teams and project stakeholders, optimizing performance, participating in code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. The role covers development, testing support, documentation, and continuous improvement of data integration assets within a cloud/hybrid environment, with emphasis on security, observability, and global collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in data and application integration development
- at least 3 years specifically working with Informatica IICS (CDI, MI)
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex interfaces using Informatica IICS
- Experience with SAP Mass Ingestion (MI)
- Experience with Cloud Data Integration (CDI) for ETL/ELT pipelines
- Knowledge of SAP data structures, IDs/ BAPIs, and SAP integration patterns (plus)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and data platforms (Data Lakes, Data Warehouses)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, Git workflows
- Experience in regulated sectors (GxP, SoX) is advantageous
- Excellent communication and collaboration in global teams
- Ability to mentor less experienced team members
