Job Summary

Design, implement, and support enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft, Apache Camel, and Spring Boot on AWS. Create low-level designs, review high-level architectures, and apply best practices to ensure scalability and security. Perform unit testing, monitor performance, and participate in major incident resolution while maintaining technical documentation and compliance standards. Automate CI/CD pipelines and optimize cloud infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS SAM. Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and consult leadership on capacity planning and strategic initiatives. Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Integration Engineering or a related role
  • Strong experience with middleware and integration technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Apache Camel, Spring Boot)
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with CloudFormation (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS SAM (mandatory)
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot - mandatory)
  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python (mandatory)
  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Node.js (mandatory)
  • Solid understanding of microservices and SOA principles
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, VPC, and IAM
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and AWS CodePipeline
  • Strong understanding of cloud security best practices
  • Ability to perform technical deep dives across infrastructure, databases, and applications
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience delivering end-to-end integration lifecycle, including building integrations from scratch
  • Knowledge of common integration patterns
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Dynatrace, or Datadog
  • AWS certifications (Associate or Professional level)
  • Experience with Serverless Framework
  • Preferred work location: Warren, NJ (open to remote candidates)
