Job Summary
Integration Consulting Systems Engineer focused on Enterprise Integration leads cross-contract coordination and long-range strategy across multiple contracts, ensuring alignment across operating units, managing integration and scheduling to prevent conflicts, and communicating status and tradeoffs to senior leadership. Role requires broad engineering discipline knowledge, strong technical leadership, and ability to work on-site full-time at CA facilities with up to 25% travel; requires top secret clearance and SAP access.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 16 years of related engineering experience OR Master’s in STEM with 14 years OR PhD in STEM with 11 years of related experience
- Experience in systems engineering across the full lifecycle (requirements management, system architecture, integration & test, sustainment)
- Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance (with background check within past 5 years or Continuous Evaluation) and ability to obtain/maintain SAP access (PAR) prior to employment
