Integration Consulting Specialist (Travel)

Job Summary
Lead integration initiatives in travel-IT projects by performing pre-sales demos, analyzing customer business flows, and proposing integration solutions between Amadeus systems and client systems. Provide advisory and consultancy for integration activities, ensure timely delivery of serviceability requirements to Product Management, establish and manage integration schedules, support implementation, and deliver formal status reports and KPIs. Drive post-implementation adoption, identify critical issues and root causes, propose process improvements, and transfer knowledge to global implementers. hybrid work setup in Taguig (2-3 days onsite) with a focus on ensuring successful integration and certification prior to production.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Tourism or equivalent
- At least 2–3 years of experience in product integration, product implementation, service design, and onboarding within the travel industry
- Strong working knowledge of Amadeus products, solutions, and services, or comparable industry systems
- Good understanding/expertise of XML structure
- Good understanding/expertise of Webservices interfaces
- Experience in writing and maintaining technical documentation
- Good technical expertise, problem solving abilities, project management, communication skills, customer focus, and collaboration
- Amenable to work in midshift schedule or other shift as required by the business
- Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
