Job Summary
Manage client engagements and oversee onboarding activities through go-live to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved. Act as the primary point of contact for client and internal business partners to implement the DTCC Solutions suite of products. Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk, escalating appropriately when necessary. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum four years of experience, preferably in financial services with understanding of institutional trade flow. Flexible/hybrid schedule includes three days onsite and two days remote.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated project management and application integration skills required
- PMP certified desirable
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience preferably in the Financial Services industry with understanding of the Institutional Trade Flow and Trade Processing business e.g. STP and current securities industry initiatives
- Experience with similar business/application messaging systems and protocols highly desirable
- Must have extensive client facing experience with proven ability to effectively manage client expectations and concerns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate information/issues clearly and succinctly to technical/non-technical colleagues and clients
- Demonstrated problem-solving capability and analytical skills
Desired Qualifications

- Strong project management skills with experience in leading implementation projects and cross-functional teams
- Ability to understand complex technical problems and offer practical and innovative solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon to diverse audiences
- Strong presentation skills with experience delivering compelling technical presentations to clients
- Proven ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and craft technical solutions that address their pain points
- Experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred
- Proficient in a second language is highly desirable
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
