Integration Consultant

Job Summary
Design, develop, configure, and maintain integrations between SAP Concur and enterprise applications including ERP, HR, financial, payroll, identity management, and third-party systems. Build and support REST, SOAP, and API-based integrations using middleware platforms while developing technical specifications, interface documentation, and data mapping documents. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and client stakeholders to define requirements, perform integration and system testing, and troubleshoot interface failures. Ensure all solutions comply with federal security, privacy, and data governance requirements within the GO.gov travel modernization initiative. Participate in Agile development activities and coordinate with infrastructure and security teams for end-to-end deployment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise integration experience
- 3+ years implementing or supporting SAP Concur or enterprise SaaS integrations
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using middleware platforms
- Experience developing RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and web service integrations
- Experience with XML, JSON, XSLT, and data transformation technologies
- Knowledge of authentication protocols including OAuth, SAML, JWT, and Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another related field
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Must have a clean record and pass Criminal Background Check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting the GO.gov program or other Federal travel modernization initiatives
- Experience implementing SAP Concur Government Edition (CGE)
- Experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, or other enterprise financial systems
- Experience working within Federal Government environments
- Familiarity with Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and government travel business processes
- Experience with cloud integration platforms such as: SAP Integration Suite (CPI), MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Microsoft Azure Integration Services, IBM App Connect, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience integrating identity management solutions such as Okta, Azure AD, Entra ID, Ping Identity, or Active Directory
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes
- SAFe or Agile preferred
