Integration & Commissioning Manager

Job Summary
Oversee installation, integration, and commissioning activities across multiple mission-critical data center projects, managing ELV systems, controls networks, and instrumentation teams. Provide regional leadership to subcontractors and vendors, tracking progress, punch lists, and completion milestones while resolving technical site challenges. Coordinate FAT, SAT, and I/O verification to ensure systems meet operational and performance standards prior to handover. Align with design and project management teams to maintain schedule and budget adherence. Requires 8+ years in automation execution and commissioning, a degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering, and valid work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years automation execution, commissioning, or QA experience in mission-critical sectors
- Proven experience leading FAT/SAT and functional validation
- Strong knowledge of QA frameworks, installation quality, and testing methodology
- Ability to lead site teams and manage multiple projects in parallel
- Degree in Electrical, Automation, or Controls Engineering
- Six Sigma, QA certifications, or commissioning qualifications
- Proof of eligibility to work in the country where the position is located
- Maintain a valid driver's license
- Fit for Duty at all times
- Travel required based on project commissioning schedules
