Integration Capacity Analysis (ICA), Engineer 3

Lead Integration Capacity Analysis (ICA) studies and shape ICA methodologies within distribution planning. Define assumptions, validate models, and ensure high-quality outputs; design and enhance ICA engines, tools, and data pipelines; drive model integrity and cross-functional alignment with Distribution Engineering, Interconnection, Regulatory, and IT teams. Provide technical leadership by guiding junior engineers, reviewing work products, and setting direction on high-impact initiatives to advance planning capabilities. Apply forecasting and scenario analysis, integrate operational considerations, and improve data quality to elevate ICA as a foundational input to planning, investment, and customer-facing decisions. Emphasize protection of sensitive information and compliance, while collaborating with teams to deliver scalable, transparent capacity insights for load and DER interconnections. This role enables proactive planning aligned with DSP objectives and requires hybrid work with a primary location in Pomona, CA; travel up to 10% may be required.
