Job Summary
Plan, execute, and manage system integration and test activities from early concept development through system certification. Conduct functional simulation, subsystem and system integration testing, verification and validation, performance evaluation, and acceptance testing. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to establish traceable requirements, inform system architectures, and drive designs to promote testability. Identify work challenges and communicate them to project leadership while adapting to changes in program requirements. Contribute content for technical reports and presentations. Requires a security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to independently complete assignments by applying technical knowledge to defined problems with minimal oversight
- Contribute content for technical reports and presentations with appropriate guidance
- Adapt appropriately to changes in program requirements
- Identify challenges associated with assigned work and communicate them to project leadership
- Curiosity-driven approach to solving complex, industry and customer-driven problems as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Collaborate and communicate effectively and openly with multi-disciplinary program team members, program leadership, and non-technical personnel
- Be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to balance multiple competing tasks and demands
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field
- 0-3 years in Systems Engineering or relevant role
- US government security clearance
