Job Summary
Coordinate deployment, integration, and configuration activities for Back Office Service and Mobile Device Manager solutions while working closely with software engineering, systems integration, and testing teams to validate functionality and resolve issues. Serve as the primary technical liaison between development teams and local operational stakeholders, gathering and documenting business and operational requirements from customers and end users. Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and debugging activities during testing and deployment phases to ensure successful integration of software solutions into customer environments while maintaining project timelines and quality standards. Act as the bridge between the software development team and local operations teams to ensure smooth testing and deployment of advanced rail traffic management and dispatching solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Proven experience in Controls Engineering, Systems Integration, Product Integration, or similar roles in complex, software-based systems
- Experience supporting software deployment, integration, testing, and configuration activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical scenarios into practical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of railway operations and signaling systems
- Experience with rail traffic management systems, dispatching platforms, or solutions such as Movement Planner, TMS, or similar
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, and testing) in agile or hybrid environments
- Experience in safety-critical or mission-critical environments (e.g., rail, aviation, energy, or industrial systems)
- Familiarity with integration of OT (Operational Technology) and IT systems
- Experience working directly with railway operators
