Integration Analyst

Job Summary

Design, develop, and maintain integrations linking enterprise platforms, manufacturing systems, and cloud applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and message queues. Evaluate standard connectors versus custom-built solutions, then build middleware, SDKs, and microservices to support complex logic. Implement error handling, retries, and monitoring strategies while defining API contracts and authentication flows. Collaborate with InfoSec and application owners to ensure compliance, instrument systems with logging and tracing, and document architectures and runbooks. This global role covers all Trelleborg Medical sites with up to 10% travel, transitioning from fully onsite to hybrid after six months. You will impact the production of life-saving devices within a team that values hands-on problem solving and rapid tool adoption.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting system, application, or data integrations in an enterprise or multi‐system environment
  • Hands‐on exposure to APIs, integration patterns, and modern data exchange formats (REST, JSON, XML)
  • Familiarity with one or more integration approaches such as iPaaS, custom API development, middleware, or event‐driven workflows
  • Practical experience with at least one programming or scripting language (Python, C#, Java, or TypeScript/Node.js preferred but not required)
  • Understanding of integration fundamentals including authentication, error handling, retry logic, and basic monitoring
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving integration needs as the organization matures its integration capabilities

  • Day and overnight travel up to 10% may be required to domestic & international locations
  • For the first six months, this role will be fully onsite (Monday–Friday). After that period, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule with three in‐office days per week

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with PowerApps or Power Automate is a plus
  • Python, C#, Java, or TypeScript/Node.js preferred but not required
