Job Summary
Review benefit plan design documents for completeness to build client accounts in the internal Innovu platform. Run data quality checks using Excel and internal software to ensure data integrity, then research and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with external vendors and project managers daily to complete client onboarding timelines, escalate needs, and maintain accurate reporting. Continuously monitor data for timeliness and integrity while supporting projects aimed at addressing process gaps and improving data quality. Communicate status updates concisely to leads and managers. This role supports the Integration Analytics team's goal of producing quality data for Innovu's Lens platform to help clients optimize benefits and risk programs.
Required Qualifications
- Some exposure to healthcare, health insurance, and/or employee benefits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience interpreting data analytically
- Capable of managing simultaneous projects and coordinating cross-project activities
- Able to plan work, proactively identify issues, propose solutions, balance competing priorities, and accomplish goals on schedule
- Shows curiosity and an ability to learn quickly, especially new technology and processes
- Willing to assist colleagues and organization in development of new processes and provide input about better ways of working
- Approaches all work with a team-based/collaborative orientation
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- 1-2 years of data analysis experience
- Experience working with medical and/or Rx claims, enrollment, and other benefit or risk data
