Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and support EDI integrations (X12 standards) with trading partners and carriers, specifically leading connections between Oracle Transportation Management and ERP systems. Troubleshoot transmission, mapping, and data quality issues while driving root-cause analysis and resolution. Monitor production flows to ensure timely document processing and coordinate mapping changes with external partners. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and provide guidance on integration constraints. Maintain technical documentation including mapping specifications and runbooks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on EDI experience, including X12 standards, mapping, partner management, and production support
- Solid technical integration experience between Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and ERP systems, including JDE, P21, and Navision
- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
- Ability to read and interpret EDI maps and transaction data
- Solid technical background in integration technologies, including middleware platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Fusion Middleware, APIs, EDI, file transfers, and message formats
- Ability to understand complex technical constraints and communicate them effectively to non-technical users
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and partner relationships
