Intégrateur/intégratrice de solutions logicielles de gestion de services informatiques et d’entreprise, open source et souverains ITSM/ESM

Lead integration projects and client assistance for ITSM/ESM software solutions, including leading workshops, configuring systems, developing new features, and conducting client acceptance testing. Manage one or multiple client accounts to track their evolutions while participating in support projects with colleagues. Contribute to R&D for the "Extensyo" module suite by listening to client needs and intervening in design and integration processes. Engage in pre-sales activities such as requirement analysis, solution projection, work estimation, and demonstrations. Based in Toulouse with satellite offices in Montpellier and Montreal, this role supports organizational transformation through responsible IT service management and sustainable digital practices.
