Job Summary
ITM Coordinator will oversee the preparation for group sessions and work alongside the Clinical Director to ensure youth participation, gather data for the biannual PIR, develop program materials and curricula, supervise and support group facilitators, participate in ongoing ITM (DBT) training to become a culture carrier, carry a small clinical caseload and engage in weekly therapy, organize groups in both programs, ensure facilitators are ready for weekly groups, and maintain documentation according to policy. Core competencies include strong engagement, communication, attention to detail, independent and collaborative work, recovery-oriented trauma-informed practice, youth-guided and family-driven care, initiative, interpersonal collaboration, data-informed practice, and cultural competency.
Required Qualifications
- LCSW, LMSW or a master’s degree in social work
- Behavioral Health or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in child welfare, Juvenile justice, mental health, or other residential treatment setting
- Experience in evidence-based practice with at least one treatment
- Supervisory and training experience a plus
- Demonstrated evidence of excellent training skills
