Job Summary
Integrated Testing Leader responsible for overseeing the consolidation of system requirements, ensuring alignment between clients and development teams, and validating integrated tests. Lead and coordinate the Integrated Testing team, mentor colleagues, standardize methods across the Integration Lab, and support management in defining technical scope and allocating resources for customer projects (e.g., Rumo, MRS, VLI, Vale PoC, PTC 2.0). Plan and supervise day-to-day testing activities, act as primary interface between the Integration Laboratory and other engineering segments, promote automation and traceability, track progress, and contribute to long-term testing strategies and infrastructure investments.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in railway operations
- Advanced English
- Experience writing system requirements
- Experience creating test cases and knowledge in programming languages
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, SCRUM, Kanban
- Windows operating systems
- Knowledge elaborating technical specification documents
- Knowledge elaboration of work effort estimates
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Experience coordinating reporting and progress updates
