Integrated Systems Designer ll

Design integrated systems drawings, coordinate material schedules, and submit designs for review, approval, and permitting. Create layouts using architectural drawings, site surveys, and codes, then conduct field checks, manage submittals, and oversee installation requirements. Review project documents to determine scope, coordinate with mechanical systems, and ensure compliance with NFPA standards and building codes. Manage change orders, update purchasing based on installation schedules, and prepare as-built drawings and operation manuals. Assist less experienced designers, communicate with contractors and architects, and conduct site visits to assess progress. Submit material lists and requisitions while maintaining attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
