Integrated Supply and Demand Planning Specialist

Job Summary
Manage end-to-end forecasting, replenishment, and master data accuracy across Wawa's enterprise systems as the primary RELEX Super User. Diagnose system errors, identify root causes, and lead rapid response activities for supply chain, marketing, and store operations teams. Maintain system configuration, user settings, and forecasting parameters to ensure stability while partnering with IT and cross-functional leaders to design, test, and implement system enhancements and automation. Develop prioritized roadmaps for process improvements, provide training to strengthen end-user capabilities, and translate complex analytics into actionable insights for stakeholders. Support a 24/7/365 on-call rotation to ensure continuity of supply for over 1,200 stores and 4,500+ daily orders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, replenishment, advanced analytics, or supply chain systems
- Strong knowledge of forecasting principles, retail inventory management, and replenishment best practices, with hands‐on experience interpreting system‐generated forecasts
- Analytics capability, including experience with data modeling, statistical techniques, scenario analysis, and performance diagnostics
- Experience in BI tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Power BI, SAP Analysis for Office, or similar) and demonstrated ability to extract, structure, and analyze large datasets
- Proficiency in basic data/query languages (e.g., SQL, VBA, Python) with the aptitude to translate those skills to platform-specific languages
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and automation techniques
- Proven ability to translate and communicate complex analytical results into accessible, actionable insights for non‐technical stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
- Experience with software implementations, upgrades, and system enhancement cycles, preferably within forecasting or replenishment systems
- ERP experience required
- Availability to support a 24/7/365 on-call rotation
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, or Business Intelligence is a plus
- SAP experience strongly preferred
- Experience with RELEX or other advanced retail optimization platforms is a significant plus
