Job Summary
Shipping & Receiving Associate at our on-site Appleton, WI facility. Responsibilities include handling, storing, and managing inventory to ISO 13485 standards; pulling and fulfilling orders, packaging and shipping items to customer requirements; operating forklifts and hand trucks safely; building custom shipping crates; processing returns and supporting cycle counts, scrap processing, and parts investigation; supporting de-installation of medical equipment and managing Bills of Materials (BOM); contributing to Lean and 5S initiatives and meeting production-rate expectations. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, hands-on mechanical aptitude, and willingness to work occasional on-call shifts. Nice-to-have forklift training and Quality/ISO experience; valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of warehouse or order-fulfillment experience
