Integrated Resource Coordinator

Job Summary
Manage a caseload of clients with long-term mental illness or substance use issues by assessing needs, developing service plans, and coordinating with community resources. Participate in screening new requests, interdisciplinary meetings, and interagency planning while completing case management assessments for all new clients. Provide ongoing supportive and case management functions, document service contacts timely, and offer clinical consultation within the department. Collaborate with the Project Director to review service provision and address administrative issues. Travel locally and out-of-state for conferences and trainings. Comply with federal privacy regulations, drug-free workplace policies, and criminal background check requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant human services field or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of the nature of serious mental health diagnoses or substance use disorders
- Working knowledge of treatment planning
- Ability to maintain detailed records
- Ability to establish and maintain positive professional relationships
- Must be able to travel for local and out-of-state conferences and trainings for professional development
- Must comply with all requirements and provisions of Subpart D, of 43 CFR, Part 2, which implements the Privacy Act (5USB, 552a) (i)(1)
- Must consent to pre-employment drug testing prior to appointment
- Must abide by the Drug-Free Workplace Policy while employed by the Kickapoo Tribe in Kansas
- Must undergo a criminal background check
