Job Summary
Control and ensure the quality of MEP installations at the Integrated Resort Complex Elliniko, overseeing HVAC, electrical, fire safety, and hydraulic works against project specifications and ISO standards. Prepare and review method statements and inspection test plans, while coordinating inspections with consultants and clients. Collect technical documentation, including as-built drawings and test reports, and log non-conformance reports with corrective actions. Manage material quality from receipt to delivery and supervise testing and commissioning activities. Collaborate with design, construction, and HSE teams to complete the project safely. Train technical staff on quality protocols. Requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 3-5 years of MEP experience, and strong English and AutoCAD skills.
Required Qualifications
- Πτυχίο Τ.Ε.Ι. / Α.Ε.Ι Μηχανολόγου ή Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού
- 3-5 έτη εμπειρίας σε MEP συστήματα και έργα κατασκευών
- Καλή γνώση προτύπων ISO 9001, κατασκευαστικών κωδίκων και διαδικασιών QA/QC
- Ικανότητα ανάγνωσης και κατανόησης τεχνικών σχεδίων
- Γνώση εργαλείων QA/QC, π.χ. checklists, ITPs, NCR tracking
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά)
- Πολύ καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Auto Cad
